Play a Nigerian fashion game set in Lagos

In Mami Wuta, the outfit is only the beginning. Pick a part, style a look for the room you are walking into, and see what happens when the house has its say.

Dress the part

Start with Old Nollywood Night. No download needed.

Three painted Mami Wuta looks: a print trouser suit, an aso-oke gown with a head-tie, and a robe set.

Start with a look, not a menu

Old Nollywood Night is the quickest way in. Choose one of five fictional screen-era roles, then open a rail of clothes and build your own version of the part. You can change the opening look; it is a starting point, not the answer.

The brief gives the look somewhere to go. A party calls for a different finish from a formal hall, and a strong piece still needs the right shoes and accessories. You make those calls yourself.

Your look goes somewhere

Lock the look and it becomes your own film cover. Other players can judge looks in the night’s vote, and the result shows how your styling landed. The game continues beyond this night into a Lagos story of fashion, work and house competitions.

You can begin as a guest. The game asks for an email when you choose to keep your progress or open a gated result; it does not put a signup form in front of the first look.
